FAQs
How do I book my wedding day?
Start by filling out the contact me card at the top of our page. We will set up a phone call to answer questions you may have, and get more information on what you are looking for your wedding day. From there you will receive a quote via email for your wedding day. Once everything is confirmed, we move forward to sign contracts and you will receive your invoice in which we will hold your wedding day for 2 weeks as we wait to receive the 33% non-refundable downpayment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans from the moment you book with us to the week leading up to your shoot day. We can divide the 67% of the remaining balance in any way that works for you as a 33% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your wedding date.
Do you work travel?
We love to travel and have the ability to! If you would like to have a destination wedding or propose in front of the Eiffel Tower, please don't hesitate to ask. We will work out all the details and be sure your moment is captured and the stress is off your shoulders! We love a good adventure!
What is your typical timeline?
From the day of your shoot, we aim to get your fully edited photos back to you within 4-6 weeks. We normally are able to stay ahead of that timeline, but we want to make sure we are taking the time to take care of every single detail! If anything changes, we will reach out to you and communicate. Sometimes, we are able to get your photos edited within weeks of your wedding day!
If you have opted-in for add on services like same-day or next-day previews, then you would have those within that time frame.
What payment methods are available?
We take Venmo, Cash, Check, and major credit cards.
Do you have a referral program?
We just launched a referral program. If you refer a client to us, you can get up to 15% off your next shoot. Whether its for your Christmas cards, an addition to the family, family photos, etc. This can include your wedding day, proposal, engagement, or elopement.
